I haven't really been thinking about how it's going to be a new year and I'm not big on making resolutions but I've been seeing people's lists and how they look forward to leaving 2010 behind.
It's been a pretty tough year for me, personally, especially the last few months of the year. But 2011 is the year I graduate college, the year I'm finally done with school and can move on to bigger and better things. So, I suppose if I had to name resolutions:
- To not give a damn about the things that have brought me down in the past.
- To put a tremendous amount of work into applying for jobs and being as independent as possible. I want to be seen as a driven, self-motivated person.
For my last semester of college I wouldn't mind getting a 4.0. And I'll be continuing my 365 days in photos. It will be interesting to see where I'm at... by the end of the semester, end of the summer, end of 2011. It's really REALLY exciting to think about. I hope I'll have the ability/money to maybe travel somewhere. I've never been on a plane. I hope I meet some new people.
I'll be spending my New Year's Eve at The Rave in Milwaukee. Girl Talk and lots of other DJs are performing. And I'll be with a good group of people. It should be fun.
