A week from today is the closing reception for the BFA Senior Thesis Exhibit. It's amazing how fast this past semester has gone. I remember thinking, wow only four months until graduation. Now it's a week. There will be a Commencement Ceremony after the gallery reception and I've heard it's a lot of fun so I'm looking forward to that. And it doesn't hurt that my family will be in town to join me. Then, next Sunday, I graduate from college. This blog was dedicated to my final year and I don't really think I'll be posting here anymore. I'm not even sure if anyone reads this, but thanks if you did. I know I post my 365 pictures here but I'll probably stop doing that too.
They're posted on my Flickr.
I'm officially done on Monday. I'm currently trying to write my thesis research paper and I have a lot of studying to do for my Media Ethics final. Thursday there's a photo event aka hanging out at the Y Not III and celebrating the end of our college career. Next week will also my last week of living in Milwaukee, so I'll hopefully be spending a lot of time with friends. I'm really excited to be moving back to my hometown and living there for a while. My
Madison Magazine internship starts very soon. I'm thinking about starting a blog dedicated to Madison and my exploration around the city. I figure it's a good chance for me to get involved with the blogging community and social networking and to create something visual to use in my portfolio.
I'm assuming I'll post one more written entry after graduation, then after that this blog will be retired. When I do start something new I'll make sure to post it here.
xoxo
